Megan Anderson, whose last permanent address was in Las Vegas, was found on the beach near Day Boulevard just before 7 a.m., Massachusetts State Police said. She may have been homeless.
A preliminary examination showed no indication of trauma on her body, police said. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will release the cause of death.
